Our office accepts financing for cosmetic procedures! Patients have the option to choose between PatientFi or CareCredit. It is important to note that with each option, there is a 10% processing fee. Whatever amount you choose to finance, please be sure to factor in an additional 10% that will be added when Aspen Facial Plastic Surgery processes your payment.
If you are planning to finance your procedure, we will begin processing your payment two weeks ahead of surgery so please be mindful of this when submitting your application and let us know in advance if you do plan to finance.

- PatientFi allows you to choose your own terms. 3-12 month terms have 0% interest, and 12-36 month terms have fixed interest rates based on your credit score. You are welcome to select your terms as you desire.
- The application will be submitted under “South Valley ENT”.
- PatientFi does not involve a hard credit check.
- Funds can also be used same day once approved.

- Our terms for CareCredit are 12 months, interest free.
- CareCredit allows you to see if you prequalify without impacting your credit score, but acceptance of the prequalification will have entail a hard credit check.
- Once approved, you can start using your credit immediately.
